TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Each participant of Birdies & Brews Golf and Social Club programming must agree to the Terms and Conditions, Waiver, Release and Indemnity listed here by clicking the ‘I agree’ checkbox found at the end of the Terms & Conditions release. 

In agreement with these Terms and Conditions you (the participant) waive and release Birdies & Brews Golf and Social Club, the Golf Course being played at, and any staff members from any liability of illness, injury or death that may occur during this golf program. This includes, but is not limited to golf equipment & golf cart usage, and usage of all property facilities including the Greens, Clubhouse etc.

Birdies & Brews Golf and Social Club will be providing an option of one complimentary beverage (alcoholic or non alcoholic) per round distributed through the Golf Course restaurant/bar. In agreement with this waiver, both Company & Golf Course waive all liability from an individual's choice of consumption during league play and participation at the course. Birdies & Brew’s does not promote, nor tolerate over-consumption. Please consume responsibly. 

In compliance with the Ontario Government and the hosting Golf Course we will be adhering to all COVID-19 procedures and guidelines currently enacted. You agree to comply with all COVID-19 and/or other health policies and requirements currently in place at time of League Play. 

Birdies & Brews Golf & Social Club programming is non-refundable and has a zero cancellation policy in place. However, you are eligible to transfer your spot in any given week or for the full program to another participant, so long as information is provided and waiver forms are filed for the new party.  If a spot remains empty for the week due to inability to attend, Birdies & Brews Golf and Social Club and/or the Golf Course maintain the right to fill your spot externally. You will be required to provide 24 hours notice if you are not able to attend. 

We rely on the Golf Course to make a call regarding weather interruptions and will only provide rain checks if the Golf Course deems play not possible.
